The FileSafe system is different: we're not shipping you a dumb box and making you responsible for making it work in your customer's environment. Our web-based, FE Manufacturing system: Iron-Man™, takes you through the steps of configuring your customer's FileSafe before it's shipped. The steps include identifying the network parameters, shares, accounts (logins & passwords), groups and access rights. This can dramatically cut the time you spend on-site installing a server. Our approach reduces the risk of making mistakes, conserves valuable technician time, and produces consistent results with technicians that may have different skill levels. In short: do more in less time with better results with any technician.

We even include personalized instructions for each user detailing how they log on, what shares they can access, how their files are backed up and what to do if they have trouble. Someday, this approach to installing a server will be the standard - FileSafe is setting the standard today!

 

Shared-Support
We have pioneered the concept of Shared Support. Too often, being responsible for a small business LAN is a 24/7 job. The importance of IT infrastructure to a business has multiplied over the years. A complex network involves dozens of components, lots of application software, multiple vendors and oftentimes is only completely understood by one tech-support person. That person is in the hot seat whenever anything goes wrong.

We want to help. Our intimate knowledge of and remote access to your customer's FileSafe allow us to handle some calls so that you won't need to be involved. WatchBot™ and our 24/7 Network Operation Center monitor your customer's FileSafe when you're not there. If something goes wrong, our systems can give you a heads up so you can be better prepared to take their call for help. We can even give you advance information about how to resolve some issues. Together we can do so much more to keep your customers happy and productive.

This Shared-Support model is unique. Our continued responsibility for the FileSafe relieves you of the burden of going it alone. We pay you to fix it if it breaks. Financing
FileSafes are rented not sold. We have a very simple program: Your customer completes a basic credit application and faxes it to our finance partner: Dolphin Capital. Generally, you will have an approval in under an hour. After you install the FileSafe, your customer faxes an acceptance of delivery to us. You get a check for your sales commission and installation service within 24 hours.

 

Hot Spares
Once you place 10 FileSafes, you'll be eligible for our Hot Spares program. We'll ship you an un-configured FileSafe for you to have on hand in the event of a FileSafe failure. You can also use this unit for demos and in-house training. Only a real partner would do that. We want to be your partner in success.

 

Reseller Support Specialist
Every FileSafe Reseller is assigned a dedicated FileSafe Reseller Support Specialist. You get 24/7 contact information for your Support Specialist. We know what your customers expect of you - you can expect the same of us.

Your Support Specialist can help you work though support issues, expedite shipping, coordinate training and be a source of referrals in your area.
